We are also the only concierge practice in the local area.

What To Expect At Your First Appointment
Before coming in for your first appointment, we encourage our new patients to complete the following forms. This will make your experience in the waiting room smooth and quick and will save you time.
Patient Forms
When you come in for your first appointment, if you haven’t already filled out your personal and medical forms, we will have you complete those in our waiting room. Once your paperwork has been completed, we will bring you back to start your appointment.
- To begin your appointment, we will have a brief conversation to get to know you better. We will go over your intake form and ask you some questions to understand what brought you in.
- Once we’ve discussed the areas you are having trouble hearing, we will look inside your ears and make sure there is no build-up of earwax or signs of ear infection.
- If your ears look clean and healthy, we will have you sit in our sound booth and begin the hearing portion of the evaluation. We will perform a series of hearing tests to discover what pitches and frequencies you are having trouble hearing.
- After the hearing test, we will go over the results of your audiogram and discuss your next options. We carry demo hearing aids in-office that you can try on. We will place the demo hearing aids in your ears so you can experience how they fit and sound.
- If you decide to get hearing aids, we will order them and schedule you for a fitting appointment.
